After the lessons

Make a plan that fits real life.

Days 15–42 focus on active practice: trying safeguards, making room for urges, and adjusting boundaries. Days 43–90 focus on maintenance, difficult periods, and responding to setbacks.

Progress comes from what you learn and try. There are no punitive streaks, compulsory exposure exercises, or promises to erase sexual interests.
