Terms & refunds

Know what you're
choosing.

These terms explain the educational program, the intended purchase, and your access and refund choices.

Who can use the program

You must be 18 or older to use Steadkind. The program is for adults who want to change unwanted findom spending or related online patterns. You choose your goals and pace.

Educational self-help

Steadkind is educational material, not therapy, a clinical diagnosis, medical care, or personalized financial or legal advice. The draft curriculum has not been clinically validated, and clinician review is pending. We do not guarantee a result or a particular timeline for change.

If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself, or are being threatened, use the free help and reporting resources. The program and its support contact are not crisis services.

Price and what access includes

The intended pilot price is $149 USD, with a $79 USD hardship option when the regular price is out of reach. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Enrollment details and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

  • Ten core lessons, with a suggested learning period of 10–14 days.
  • Structured practice and maintenance through day 90 total.
  • Hosted access for one year (365 days) from the start of your paid entitlement.
  • Course material you can download and retain for your own use after hosted access ends.

The start and end of hosted access appear in your account. Browser notes are separate and are not backed up to your account. Export them if you want to keep a copy.

A 30-day refund, without a completion requirement

You can request a full refund within 30 days of the start of your paid access. You do not have to complete lessons, prove hardship, or explain why the program was not right for you. Use the refund option in your account when available, or contact support.

A refund ends your hosted paid access. Payment processing can take additional time to return funds to your original payment method. If a refund cannot be completed automatically, the interface will tell you to contact support rather than claiming it succeeded.

Accounts and personal use

Keep access to the email address you use to sign in. Use the material for your own lawful personal purposes. Do not resell the course, redistribute paid material, disrupt the service, or try to access someone else's information. Downloaded materials are licensed for your own continuing use.

You are responsible for choices involving your accounts, devices, and finances. You can stop an exercise, change your goal, or seek professional support at any time. Nothing in the program requires you to revisit triggering material.

Current availability and changes

Paid enrollment is closed while clinical, business, and payment review are pending. The first lesson and public tools remain free. A local development preview is a way to review the draft experience and is not a purchase or a promise of live service availability.

We may improve the material and update these terms. Material changes to a paid offer should be communicated to affected users. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Contact

A support contact has not yet been published. Paid enrollment remains closed until a support contact and launch review are ready.
